1 、 NC feeder lubrication and drainage

2, NC feeding machine maintenance inspection items
1) check whether the timer of NC feed machine is working properly.
2) remove dirt from the rollers.
3) check whether there is a foreign matter between the gears of the NC feed machine
4) check the oil pressure is normal, the pressure gauge is a normal indicator, visual pressure gauge shows whether the pressure is normal.
5) check whether the air supply system leaks.
6) check whether the screws and nuts combined between the mechanical structures are loose.
7) whether the parallelism between the feeding rollers is good (when the feeding roller is closed, whether or not the two rollers are closed or not).
8) whether the parts of the NC feeder are damaged, deformed, abnormal sound or other running abnormalities.

3, punch cam check
1) check the cam rotation and movement is normal.
2) check whether there is oil stain on the cam.

4 、 NC feeder control box internal inspection: whether the thread is in good contact, the relay is working properly.
5, check the oil, machinery, piping and so on is good.
6, check the NC servo system, whether there is dust adhesion. Is the cooling fan in good condition?. In the NC feeding machine control cabinet has a cooling fan, for the protection of NC servo motor, to avoid overheating, the cooling fan has a filter to protect the fan away from the dust; if the dust filter is blocked, the function will cooling fan failure, the temperature will rise rapidly, causing the control box control circuit, motor damage. Therefore, in regular inspection, be sure to filter inspection, cleaning or replacement if necessary, if the filter clogging occurs frequently, it is necessary to improve the external working environment of NC.
